Chiropractic + Soft Tissue Therapy in Salt Lake City

When your body isn’t moving well, everything feels harder
Chiropractic done differently.
Pain and tension often build gradually from:
Long hours at a desk
Repetitive movement patterns or microtrauma
Old injuries
Postural strain
Stress-related muscle tension
Athletic overuse
Travel
Poor sleeping positions
Chronic Illness & issues related to inflammation
Over time, the body will compensate. Muscles tighten, joints lose mobility, and discomfort becomes persistent.
Many patients come in feeling:
Tight and restricted
Stiff when getting up from laying or sitting
Achy and sore by the end of the day
Limited in ability to exercise
Frustrated that symptoms keep returning
With nearly two decades of clinical experience, Dr. Marnie has found that that when care is focused on joint motion combined with soft tissue function and supportive exercise, there is often more lasting relief.

Our Approach
A more complete approach to musculoskeletal care.

Why combine Chiropractic + Soft Tissue work?
Joints and muscles work together.
Adjustments help restore motion to restricted joints.
Soft tissue therapy helps release tension in surrounding muscles and fascia. Combining both approaches often:
Improves mobility
Reduces recurrence of tension patterns
Supports postural improvement
Enhances comfort with daily activities
Improves exercise tolerance and athletic performance
Addressing both systems allows care to be more complete.

Dr. Marnie is an amazing chiropractor! She listens well, is incredibly knowledgeable, and has a variety of tools and techniques to address whatever back/spine/muscle/neck/etc. issues you may be having. She's informative, so you can work on your own to help improve your health, and she's sensitive to your needs each visit.
She taught me exercises and posture assistance to improve my situation in between visits. And she checked in on my status each time I visited, so she knew what was hurting, why, what my range of motion was, etc. In other words, she met me where I was and helped me get where I wanted to go. She's not a one-size-fits-all chiropractor (which I've been to before). She customizes her treatment plans by the patient and even by the day! Highly recommend!

Dr. Marnie is AWESOME!!! I’ve been seeing her for a little over a month now! I am definitely seeing progress with the pain I’ve been experiencing in my hip and back, and some days I don’t experience any pain at all which has made life so much easier. :) Dr. Marnie is a phenomenal chiropractor filled with so much helpful information to guide you through the process, and best of all she has made me start to feel safe in my body again!

Dr. Marnie is the best! I recently had back surgery with decompression and fusion in my lower spine. I was hurting and couldn’t stand straight. I’d never been to a chiropractor before, and wasn’t expecting the process to be as easy as it was.. from making the appointment online to arriving at the inviting office. She did a thorough exam on the first visit, listening to my concerns patiently. She closely, examined my X-rays and imaging, and set up an individualized plan for me. After just five sessions, I could not be more pleased. I am standing taller, walking better and am almost pain free. As we work together, she explains to me in terms I can understand, what she is doing and why. She has a great table side manner, and after almost 20 years in practice, she knows what she is doing! I give Dr. Marnie at least a 6 star rating and would highly recommend her to anyone.
